    Update the metric dashboards for all line of business
    Build a deep understanding of levers of those metrics, by diving into data and customer interactions.
    Root-cause analysis of changes in those metrics.
    Cross-functional collaboration to drive projects from hypothesis to completion.
    Increase customer satisfaction levels over time (measured through churn, health scores,LTV,CAC and NPS). Observe patterns in customer metrics and use it to understand corresponding customer behaviour with respect to adoption, growth, renewal and churn

    MUST-HAVES
    4-5 years of experience in analytics domain
    Proficiency with Excel, google analytics and SQL
    Understanding of fundamental concepts of analytics
    Curiosity to explore different business functions
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Candidate should have 5+ years of development experience with strong JavaScript & Node JS knowledge and should be able to perform below

    ACTIVITIES:
    Able to implement Architecture designs as and also guide team on the same
    Should have worked on payment gateways and integrations
    Work with Client, Product Owner/BA to understand the requirement and explain them for any dependency and suggest improvement
    Should be able to Lead the Team Should work on multiple projects on agile development environment
    Perform day to day Integration development activities using JavaScript (ES6 standard) & Node JS
    Should work on API development as required
    Should integrate the Chatbot with different applications using SOAP/REST web service integration
    Work on Azure for the microservices development using Azure gateway and Lambda functions and logs setup using CloudWatch Attend meetings and represent the team
    Hands on experience with Kubernetes cluster
    Respond/clarify client’s issues/concerns
    Should perform SQL query to PEDW schema/database
    Should be able to do the deployment through Jenkins using docker containers
    Should have good JIRA knowledge
    Perform log monitoring in Splunk & New Relic
    Should be able to provide the Production Support
    Strong communication skills to communicate with Client/Onsite team and discuss on any issue

    Context API, GraphQL, Redux, Payment Gateway
    Familiarity with RESTful APIs
    Familiarity with code versioning tools (GIT, BitBucket)
    Experience with working with various data structure (JSON)
    Understanding of modularized / service-oriented architecture
